Franklin Lloyd is President and Chief Operating Officer of Rock & Rail and joined the team on May 25, 2004. Mr. Lloyd has many years of experience in the railroad industry, including fifteen years of service at CSX and five years at the Colorado and Wyoming Railway Company in Pueblo, Colorado as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. flloyd@rockandrail.com
